• Duty of disclosure – The Insured must disclose all material facts which is known or ought to know, that would affect our underwriting consideration of your proposal, such as your insurance and loss history.
• Sum Insured – The Insured must ensure that the property is insured at the appropriate amount, taking into account any additional property acquired.
• Period of Coverage – Period of coverage is 1 year. The Insured needs to renew the insurance policy annually.
This policy does not cover certain losses, such as:
• War, Terrorism, Nuclear and Radioactivity Risks.
• The first amount of each and every loss or damage described in the schedule/policy as the excess/deductible

You may cancel your policy by giving fourteen (14) days written notice to the insurance company. Upon cancellation, you are entitled to a refund of the premium based on the pro-rate basis on the unexpired Period of insurance. No refund is allowed if there is any claim made during the period of cover.
