• Importance of disclosure – You must give all the facts in your proposal form fully and faithfully.
• Claim Procedure – You must give written notice to us as soon as possible, but no later than thirty (30) days after discovery and police report must be made within 24 hours of discovery.
• Free Look Period – You have fourteen (14) days from the date you receive this policy to examine the terms and conditions of the policy and may cancel the policy within the foregoing fourteen (14) days period by written request to us in which case premium paid will be refunded, if a claim has not been made underthe policy.
• Eligibility:
– The Policyholder named in the Schedule must be a Malaysian citizen, a permanent resident of Malaysia or a foreigner with a valid Work Pass, Student Pass, Dependant’s Pass or Long-Term Visit Pass.
– Age Limit - thirty (30) days old to twenty-three (23) years old. All ages refer to the age at the Insured Person's next birthday.
– We shall only be liable for that part of each and every loss which is in excess of the Deductible stated in the Schedule.

• Abnormal Conditions/ State of Emergency as declared by the local authorities unless the insured can prove that such loss happened independently;
• Bodily Injury/ Property Damage;
• Any criminal, dishonest, reckless, deliberate or malicious conduct by you;
• Any dishonest conduct of a third party who is or has been authorised by you (whether or not such authority has been rescinded) to have access to your home or passwords or other access credentials for your computer system, plastic card, online bank account or digital wallet;
• Advance fee fraud whereby you are dishonestly induced by a third party to make an upfront payment by promising later to provide to you payment or provide goods or services of a greater value;
• Any loss based upon, arising from or as a consequence of any activities carried out by the insured for trade, business or professional purposes;
• Confidence Scams - confidence trick involving feigned intentions towards the insured, such as romantic intentions, investments, contracts, loans and the like;
• Unregulated digital currency of any kind, unregulated virtual currency of any kind or unregulated cryptocurrency of any kind (except for extortion payment and restoration costs arising from cryptojacking);
• Outage in or disruption of electrical power or telecommunications services operated by a third party service provider;
• Lost or stolen plastic cards;
• Any fact, circumstance, act, threat or event which the insured were aware of prior to the inception date of this policy;
• Ordinary wear and tear, drop in performance, progressive or gradual deterioration;
• Nuclear Risks/ Terrorism/ War, Invasion and Civil Commotion;
• Any liability arising out of single Cyber Event against the bank and/ or any financial institution.
